1. Answer calls from unrecognized phone numbers. It could change your life.
2. E-mail first thing in the morning or last thing at night. People await your response. It leads to more opportunities.
3. Do not agree to meetings or calls with no clear agenda or end time.
4. Stop letting people ramble, gossip, or complain.
5. Do not check e-mail constantly. “Batch” & check at set times only.
6. Get rid of low-profit, high-maintenance customers.
7. Stop working more to fix problems. Prioritize instead.
8. Carry a cellphone 24/7, but use airplane mode often.
9. Follow up via text, email, comments, phones calls. etc. The fortune is in the follow up!
10. Call your parents and spouse when you get a moment.
